Frequently Asked Questions:

Processing Times

Orders will be shipped out on a weekly basis and should be processed and packed at the end of the week [excluding shipping times]. Since I'm a one-person operation it will take me some time to process and pack orders so patience is appreciated.

I reserve the right to refuse service and cancel or refund orders upon my discretion and any orders that are marked as fraudulent by Shopify will be canceled and refunded.

 

Returns/Exchanges

I do not accept returns, or exchanges. Once orders are shipped I can not cancel or edit them. However, please contact me at cryomerch@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order and we can discuss the best course of action from there. 

 

International Shipping 

I do ship internationally, and international shipping should be automatically calculated at checkout. Be aware that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

 

Preorders/Restocks

Certain items will have initial preorders in order to gauge the amount of interest in particular items. I do not plan to run preorders on items more than once and those items will either go into regular restock circulation or be a limited run from preorders only. This will be on an individual item basis and will be clearly explained in item descriptions and further announcements. Preorders will ship out within the normal shipping window of 7-14 days AFTER they arrive to me from the distributor.

Restocks are at the mercy of individual distributors and while I will make announcements I can not guarantee specific items at specific times because of this.  

 

Specific/Custom Items

I do not take requests for individual custom items as most distributors have specific Minimum Order Quantities. However, if there is a specific design or fandom that you are interested in seeing products for feel free to suggest it and I will take it into consideration.
